Effective Date: June 6, 2026

This Agreement is between you and TarbiyahOS. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, family purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Commercially exploit the App.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
Bypass security features or usage limits.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including the AI engine, UI design, and branding, are owned by TarbiyahOS.

4. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or withdraw mandatory data processing consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

TarbiyahOS is provided without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

6. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India.
