All information about a child is provided by the Parent or Legal Guardian through their own secure account.

We only collect information that you, as the parent, choose to provide:

Profile Information: First name or nickname, age, gender, and developmental stage.
Developmental Data: Logs of habits (e.g., Salah completion, routine adherence), behavior points, and earned rewards.
No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect or store a child's email address, phone number, school name, or precise physical location.

3. Why We Collect This Information

This data is used exclusively to:

Provide you with age-appropriate parenting scripts and coaching protocols.
Track your family's progress and help you build consistent habits.
Generate personalized "Family Streaks" to keep your household motivated.

4. No Data Sharing with Third Parties

We maintain strict boundaries regarding your child's data:

No Selling: We never sell your child's data to third parties.
No Advertising: We do not use your child's data to build marketing profiles or serve targeted ads.
Limited Processing: We only share this data with secure cloud infrastructure providers (like Supabase) strictly for the purpose of storing and syncing your family's information.

5. Parental Rights & Control

As a parent, you have full control over your child's data on TarbiyahOS:

Access: You can view all information related to your child in the "Profiles" or "Insights" sections of the app.
Correction: You can update your child's profile at any time.
Deletion: You can delete a child's profile whenever you wish. Deleting a profile permanently removes all associated history and logs from our active databases.

6. Compliance with Global Standards

We adhere to:

COPPA (USA): Ensuring parents have control over what information is collected about their children.
GDPR (EU): Treating child data as a special category requiring extra protection and explicit parental consent.
DPDP Act (India): Implementing verifiable parental consent and ensuring that the processing of child data does not cause any harm to the child.
